Delivery Details

Jacqui's Bags can deliver to any destination in the world.

We aim to despatch orders within three working days, subject to availability, but let us know if you need your order urgently
from Jacqui's Bags. Please be aware that the postal service may take longer than usual to deliver at certain times of the year. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will endeavour to call you with 24 hours of the order being placed.

We offer FREE DELIVERY on ALL styles, except for the larger items, such as briefcases and luggage, which is charged at £5. This applies to all deliveries within the UK and ensures your orders are fully insured in transit.

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us
with the destination of your order.

Please note, all prices are in £sterling. Your bank statement will identify the exchange rate.

We are also able to offer the facility of 24-hour Special Delivery through Royal Mail at an extra cost of £4.99 on most styles.
Please contact us for details, or simply denote you wish to use this service in the Comments section of your order form. We endeavour to download our website orders daily, and so if your requirement is urgent, it may hasten to process to telephone us.

PLEASE NOTE: We have had several orders returned to us because delivery notes have not been left at unattended addresses. Parcels are retained by the local Royal Mail sorting offices for a short period, so please check with your local sorting office if you are waiting for a delivery.

Customer Satisfaction

We guarantee to exchange any item that does not meet your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund after 14 days from the date of dispatch. We do not refund postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
